REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT

Our Real Estate Listings include a wide array of commercial properties that are mostly located in NYC and in the Tri-State Region. All of the NYC properties are above 25,000 sf and will require compliance with LL97. For all such listings, we include our Cost-Free Compliance Program to address that regulatory and financial liability. For listings outside of NYC, we provide most of the elements of our LL97 Compliance Program to provide a Cost-Free Upgrade for our Buyers and their Properties.

Our Development projects focus on innovative housing strategies that address both affordability, wellness and sustainability. For MultiFamily projects, we develop Co-Living and MicroHousing to both lower overall leasing costs while providing extensive Social and Wellness programming. And for Special Needs Housing work, we develop small scale Medicaid-approved and funded housing for kids on the Spectrum that provide an alternative to conventional large-scale institutional housing.
